Project Overview:
We are seeking a qualified architectural and construction contractor to develop and implement plans for extending an interior emergency exit to connect with the exterior emergency exit in compliance with Quebec's RBQ safety standards.

Scope of Work:

1. Assess the current emergency exit layout and identify the necessary modifications.
2. Develop architectural plans for extending the interior emergency exit path to meet the exterior exit.
3. Ensure the extended emergency exit meets all QC RBQ fire and safety compliance standards.
4. Oversee the construction and installation of any required structural or mechanical components.
5. Perform a final safety inspection to confirm compliance.

Qualifications:
