Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation for a Commercial Property

We are looking for contractors to renovate kitchen and bathroom areas in a 1500 sq. ft. residential building. This includes upgrading plumbing, installing new fixtures, and modernizing the spaces for functionality and aesthetics.

Scope of Work:

• Redo kitchens: Install new cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and appliances.
• Upgrade bathrooms: Replace fixtures, install new tiles, lighting, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Ensure all plumbing is updated and meets QC safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Submit detailed plans for kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Demonstrate experience with commercial kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Provide warranties on work and materials used.
