Is it really free?
Yes. The tracker is free for property managers, condo managers and landlords, with no limit on vendors. We built it because the managers who use it also post RFPs on PMRFP.
Which certificates can I track?
Certificates of insurance (general liability), workers' comp, commercial auto and any other certificate you ask vendors for. Each one gets its own expiry date and status.
Does the vendor need an account to upload?
No. The request email has a secure one-time link. The vendor uploads a PDF or photo and enters the expiry date; the link stops working once it's used.
Who can see the certificates?
Only people in your company on PMRFP. Files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links.
