Is it really free?
Yes. The bid comparison sheet is free for property managers, HOA and condo managers, and landlords. We built it because the managers who use it also post RFPs on PMRFP.
How is sales tax handled?
Each bid has its price before tax and a separate sales tax amount or percent. The lowest price compares prices before tax; the total with tax is shown on its own line.
Can the owner or board see it without an account?
Yes. Share a read-only link (you can replace or revoke it at any time) or print the sheet to PDF. Bidders' contact details and quote files stay private.
Do the bids have to come from PMRFP?
No. Type in any quote. If you posted the job on PMRFP, you can also pull in the trades who responded, and awarding the job records it on your RFP.
