Collector renewal rehabilitates the road, adds missing sidewalk links, replaces street lights, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. It also explores other opportunities to improve how people walk, bike, drive and gather. Update: Construction is underway on the 2026 scope of work on 132 Avenue. Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
