Questions

What does lifetime mean?
For as long as PMRFP operates the Trade Pro service. If we discontinue Trade Pro within 24 months of your purchase, we refund the one-time price pro-rated over those 24 months.
Why is it capped at 500?
Early members fund the product and give us feedback while the RFP board grows. 500 is the real limit. When it is reached the offer closes and checkout stops accepting payments.
I already pay for Trade Pro. Can I switch?
Yes. Your existing subscription is set not to renew, and lifetime access starts right away. Email us and we will look at refunding unused time.
Does it include Intel, sponsorships or Spotlights?
No. It covers Trade Pro features as offered. Future separately priced tiers and add-ons are not included.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 30 days if you're not happy. After that the payment is non-refundable, except as described in the terms below.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Create a free trade or supplier account first; the lifetime plan attaches to that one organization.

Founding 500 terms, in plain English

  • Lifetime means for as long as PMRFP operates the Trade Pro service.
  • One organization and account per purchase. It can't be transferred or resold.
  • It covers Trade Pro features as offered from time to time. It does not include future separately priced tiers or add-ons (for example Intel, sponsorships or Project Spotlights).
  • Fair use and the existing Terms of Service apply. Access can be ended without a refund for violations of those Terms, such as fraud, spam or scraping data.
  • Not happy? Ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the payment is non-refundable.
  • If PMRFP discontinues Trade Pro within 24 months of your purchase, you get a pro-rated refund of the one-time price over 24 months.
  • The price is the one-time amount shown at checkout, in your local currency, plus applicable taxes. The offer is limited to the first 500 paid organizations.
