To construct an 8-storey ( Rental) mixed-use building - Building B (108 residential units) This is part of the overall development consisting of two 8-storey buildings, one 23-storey tower and a commercial addition to the existing shopping centre for a total gross floor area of 39,854 square metres (32,313 residential gross floor area and 7,541 nonresidential gross floor area); Total 471 residential units, of which 14 units would be affordable rental units in Building A.
