The Project involves the co-location of health community services including Addictions and Mental Health services and Family Health Team services. The Project is the second phase of the approved Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre Trenton Satellite Project. The project adds new space due and allows for multiple programs at the site. The project supports chronic diseases management, and access to mental health & addiction services.
