01About this project
Development located at Hornby and Drake Streets of 775,000 sq ft will include 23 city lots. 14 lots are owned by Reliance Properties; the site will include two residential towers 35 and 54-storeys (completed). A third 13-storey tower with 146,375 sq ft of office space will include a Toyota Dealership to occupy the first three floors and 5 floors below grade. Initial phases include an office tower and 90,000 sq ft of office space in a 7-storey podium and the 239-unit, 35-storey tower.

Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
