Le projet vise la construction d'un centre d'hébergement de 90 logements. En plus des logements, les espaces communautaires ci-dessous, déterminés en fonction des besoins des étudiants, sont prévus : •Une salle polyvalente; •Des espaces de travail collaboratif pour les étudiants; •Un salon; •Une cuisine collective; •Une salle d'activités physiques; •Des aires de jeu et des aménagements extérieurs pour activités culturelles; •Un centre de la petite enfance (CPE) de 80 places; •Un café/dépanneur; •Des bureaux administratifs; •Une clinique santé.

02How to get on the bid list
Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
- Find out who the general contractor or construction manager is.
- Prequalify on their trade-partner portal (insurance, safety record, references).
- Ask when the packages for your trade go out, and to be on the invite list.
