This project will rehabilitate the City Arts Centre, a building that has been in operation for more than 40 years. Work includes site improvements, electrical renewals and rehabilitation of the roof, exterior enclosures, interior finishes, elevator, HVAC and plumbing. Update: City Arts Centre Rehabilitation project is at 70% construction completion. The project continues to progress with a completion date set for Q3 2026. Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
- Find out who the general contractor or construction manager is.
