Proposed development on a 4 acre site to include a 174 room, 32-storey boutique hotel, 17,000 sq ft of conference space and 12,000 sq ft of commercial space located at Bernard Ave, Mill Street, and Queensway. New plan will include 49 luxury residences. Project has received development permit in Feb 2020.
