01About this project
A lodge of 20 condo suites (60,000 sq ft) and approx 300 recreational condo units (300,000 sq ft) will be constructed in several phases. The clubhouse started construction in Summer 2004. Phase 1: lodge, pool, fitness facility, and food services, as well as condo units around the Windermere Valley Golf Course. Construction on the condominium suites completed. The recreational condominiums are upcoming phases.

02How to get on the bid list
Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
