Envelope retrofit to a development of existing buildings including replacement of existing mansard roof, flat roofing, windows, doors and balcony guards with new higher performing assemblies. Interior works at ground floor suites below terraces to remove the interior finish, replace existing insulating material, and provide new vapour barrier and refinishing. Replacement of roof finish at entrance canopies and new light fixture.
