Proposal for Envelope & ventilation retrofit to an existing residential building. Low rise building - new exterior wall cladding & insulation, new openings, new roof & new ventilation/roof drainage. High rise building - replacement of existing windows, doors, and ventilation upgrades in suites and laundry room. Proposed addition at level 4 for new outdoor rooftop ammenity space on top of low-rise and associated extension of existing lobby/vestibule.
