This project includes the planning, design and construction for road and utility servicing for the school site. Update: Underground utility work was completed in 2025, keeping the project on schedule for completion in summer 2026. Next steps include road paving, followed by shared pathway and sidewalk construction, and finishing with street lighting and landscaping.

Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.

- Prequalify on their trade-partner portal (insurance, safety record, references).
- Ask when the packages for your trade go out, and to be on the invite list.
