To CONSTRUCT INTERIOR ALTERATIONS, renovate existing office area, renovate a portion of the warehouse into a staff amenity area. CONSTRUCT EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS, deconstruct a link and construct an open roof cover between the existing office and existing sorting facility. Construct a new 14.7m2 gate kiosk building at the main drive entrance to the property. Install solar PV on above the kisosk, and on the West, Sout-West, and South facades of the building.
