01About this project
Streetscape design for Jasper Avenue between 102 Street to 109 Street, including design for waterproofing the underground Corona and Bay-Enterprise LRT stations, and streetscape design for 107 Street between 99 Avenue and Jasper Avenue. Update: Concept design is progressing with the 107 Street Streetscape concept design expected to be completed in Q3 2026 and the Jasper Avenue concept design later in 2026. Preliminary design completion is anticipated in late Q4 2026 for 107 Street and in 2027 for Jasper Avenue. Funding is currently in place to enable completion of preliminary design. Further design and construction stages will be determined by a gated approach following preliminary design completion and subject to funding approval. .
