Phase 2 - Build 2nd tower (Tower 3A) and part of associated podium and U/G parking garage with 393 units, 31 storeys plus mechanical penthouse. Development is for creation of a mixed use development comprised of an existing office development, and three new mixed use buildings with 5 new residential towers for a total maximum gross floor area of 3.94 times the area of the lot. A maximum of 1,478 dwelling units and a total combined gross floor area of 159,779 square metres is permitted.
