This project involves replacing the existing trailer that is used as the Administration Building with a new trailer or similar type of structure. Update: The Tow Lot Administration Building project is in the final stages of construction. The project team is completing final inspections, commissioning, utility coordination, site work, and turnover activities. Over the past quarter, work continued on interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, security infrastructure, exterior site improvements, and building systems testing. The building has been energized, which supports final commissioning and readiness for occupancy. The facility is expected to be in service in Q3 2026. Location: 12230 124 Ave NW; Edmonton; AB T5L 4W6
