The project involves upgrades to the facility's boilers and steam piping as well as emergency power upgrades (installation of one emergency boiler) to modernize the infrastructure and improve patient safety. The project will provide infrastructure replacement to bring space up to current design standards, and address aging infrastructure and poor physical condition of space.

Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
