Scope includes space heating system associated with the heating boilers, domestic hot water system (Including but not limited to associated domestic hot water boilers, piping infrastructure, gas service, venting, combustion air, recirculation pumps, drains, valves, sensors, gauges, DHW storage tanks, etc.) All associated electrical infrastructure to support the systems above. Upgrade the existing BAS to monitor and control all mechanical equipment in the buildings. All associated control infrastructure to support the systems above. All associated structural components to support the systems above.
