The proposed development is Phase 1, Housing Now Program, and is comprised of two residential towers (Building A & B) atop a single podium. The ground floor of the podium contains non-residential uses. Floors 2, 3 and 4 of the podium primarily contain vehicle parking as well as mechanical and storage spaces.
