The Project will consist of the following:- Expansion of the existing building at 765 Green Creek Drive, Gloucester, through the construction of an approx. 16,000 sq ft, twostory addition, which will include a roofing training space on the main floor and classroom space on the second floor; - Renovation of the existing building to add a mezzanine that includes two classrooms and has access to the lower roof of the addition; - The roof on the addition will have four different roofing systems that will be used for training purposes; - A canopy will surround the addition to enable year-round training. Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
