01About this project
Proposed 730 home residential development on a 1826 acre site to include single- and multi-family units, a commercial area, golf course and approx 900 acres of parkland and trails. This project has been revised; two of the five parcels in the development have been sold and a new proposal was presented to council Sep 2010. Project was on hold, but is re-activating, with a subdivision application currently under review.
