The work under this Contract is to repair the deteriorated concrete balconies, replace the balcony guards (including the ground level terraces), apply a new pedestrian deck coating to all balcony slabs, and perform masonry repairs. This also includes applying a new breathable elastomeric coating to all exterior concrete, including shear walls, end walls, and the front canopy, as well as the wholesale replacement of sealant around balcony windows and doors.
