01About this project
Proposed 346 hectare residential and resort development with 2,949-units mixed residential, 2 hotels, 375,000 sq ft of commercial space and a marina. The project is expected to be developed over 20 years and will include 50 hectares of park with forest trails and beachfront. In Dec 2017, a revised Master Development Agreement received approval.
