01About this project
Phased development includes 5,000 units of mixed housing including low rise and high rise buildings and 190,000 sq ft of retail space and 100,000 sq ft of office space and a BCIT training campus. An amendment to the Official Community Plan approved in Mar 2007. Development permit application has been submitted for a 22-storey highrise, 7 and 10 storey commercial/residential buildings, a 3-storey commercial building, and a pier. Two industrial buildings of 117,961 sq ft will initiate the first phase of construction. Changes to the master plan include the addition of 1,000 residential units and an aquatic centre. Debut will be a 36-storey condominium with 318 units, and Encore is the second tower of the project. Chapter will have 173-units in a 6-storey condominium.
