01About this project
Golf course and residential development to include two Gary Player-designed 18-hole championship courses and 3000 unit residential development. Neighbourhood plan and zoning are in place, and one golf course has completed. Phase 1, The Whins, with 76 homesites and phase 2, Boulder Creek Villas with 43 units, are complete, followed by Penley Greens. Remaining single-family lots are ongoing.

Big projects are not usually tendered trade by trade in public. The owner hires a general contractor or construction manager, who then prequalifies trades and sends out packages. Getting on that list early is how you get the call.
- Find out who the general contractor or construction manager is.
- Prequalify on their trade-partner portal (insurance, safety record, references).
- Ask when the packages for your trade go out, and to be on the invite list.
