Marketplace rules

The PMRFP Marketplace is for construction equipment, tools and materials that are yours to sell. These rules keep it useful and safe.

Not allowed

Refrigerants (R-22, R-410A and others) unless you hold the required certification and the sale is legal where you are.
Hazardous materials: asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, PCB equipment, fuel or chemicals in unapproved containers.
Stolen goods, or equipment with removed or altered serial numbers.
Weapons, explosives, powder-actuated tool loads sold to unlicensed buyers, and anything that needs a licence you can't verify.
Recalled products, or safety gear past its rated service life (fall-arrest harnesses, hard hats).
Counterfeit or knock-off branded tools and parts.
Services, job ads, rentals posing as sales, or listings with no real item.
Anything illegal to sell in your province or state.

Used and surplus equipment, lifts, scaffolding and trailers.
Power and hand tools, generators, compressors and surveying gear.
Leftover materials from finished jobs (sealed, labelled, and safe to transport).

Anyone can report a listing. We review reports and remove listings that break these rules.
Accounts that list prohibited items can be suspended.
Listings expire after 60 days so the board stays current.

PMRFP is a listing board, not a party to any sale. We don't inspect, store, ship or take payment for items.
