Scope of work

Phasing: - One floor at a time, weekday work hours. - Notify residents 7 days before their floor. - Service elevator coordination required. Add-alternates: - Subfloor repair beyond allowance. - Door undercut for clearance. - Lobby + amenity space flooring.
Standard requirements
- $2M general liability insurance. - WSIB clearance. - Manufacturer-trained installer for selected product. - Three references for occupied multi-unit corridor flooring in the last 24 months. - Plan for protecting unit door frames and tenant furniture in corridor.
