02What we never do
Host or copy your documents. Documents and addenda stay on your site.
Take bids. Bids and questions go to you, the way your posting says.
Charge anything. Listing is free for you, and contractors never need a paid plan to open your official posting.
Read a bid platform whose terms don't allow it (bids&tenders, Bonfire, MERX, Biddingo, BC Bid). If your bids live there, we link to it instead.
03Link-back and removal
Every listing names your organization and links to your official posting.
Want a listing changed or removed, or want us to stop? Email info@pmrfp.com and we take it down. We confirm by email.
04How we get your tenders
- We read your public page dailyOnce a day we read the bids page on your own website, identified as PMRFP and within your robots.txt rules.
- You email us noticesWhen you post a tender, email it to info@pmrfp.com. We list it.
- You give us a feedAn RSS feed (or similar list) of your open bids. We read it once a day.
