Every benchmark is built from the public award notices already on PMRFP: who won, for how much, for which buyer. Pick a trade and a province or state to see how many contracts were awarded and, once there are enough of them, what they sold for.

02Benchmarks with data
No public award data for the U.S. yet. Benchmarks appear here as award notices are published.
03How it works
We show a price range only when there are at least 5 awards with a disclosed value for that trade and place. Free accounts see the counts, the buyers and a couple of example awards; Trade Pro members see the range, the median, every award, who won it and a CSV export.
The range is the middle half of awards: the 25th to the 75th percentile (linear interpolation). We only show a range, median, lowest and highest with 5 or more valued awards. Outliers (beyond 1.5 times the interquartile range, on a log scale) are flagged, not removed.
A guide to the going rate, not a quote: scope, term and size vary by contract, and multi-year awards carry their full contract value.
