Awards dated Oct 12, 2024 to Oct 12, 2026 (the last 24 months), from the public award notices already on PMRFP.
Counted: past public contracts in this trade whose place of work is in Ontario. A contract tagged with two trades counts in both.
Not counted in the prices: awards with no disclosed value, values under $1,000 CAD (usually unit rates, not contract prices) and awards with no province or state. Canada and the U.S. are never mixed: Canadian benchmarks are in CAD, U.S. benchmarks in USD, and an award in the other currency is left out.
The range is the middle half of awards: the 25th to the 75th percentile (linear interpolation). We only show a range, median, lowest and highest with 5 or more valued awards. Outliers (beyond 1.5 times the interquartile range, on a log scale) are flagged, not removed.
